Summer vegetables use shade nets

The purpose of planting vegetables in the summer and covering the shade nets is to shade and cool down. There are many types of shade nets, shade nets of different specifications and different colors have different shading rates and cooling effects, and different kinds of vegetables have different requirements for light intensity. Therefore, a suitable Shade Net should be selected according to the type of vegetables and the light intensity during the period of coverage. Such as the commonly used black shade net, high shading rate, fast cooling, should be short-term coverage, can not cover for a long time, especially for the hi light vegetables.

Uncovering the shade nets should be based on the weather conditions and the types of vegetables, and the requirements for light intensity and temperature during different growth periods. General sunny cover, cloudy exposing; noon cover, sooner or later exposed; early growth cover, late growth exposing. The shading net should be removed 7 days before the harvest of vegetables to avoid reducing the quality of vegetables.
